A facial lift includes the treatment of folds (wrinkles) of the forehead, resection of the skin, fat infiltration over the brow area, and in those cases that require it resection of the muscles along the brow. The procedure is implemented by an incision along the top of the forehead along the hairline from ear to ear. Along the eyes resection of the skin and fat in the lower and upper eyelids, is done without leaving a perceptible scarring. Facial muscles that have succumbed to the gravity stretching the skin are also treated, through an incision of excellent quality and removal of the skin remaining after it has been stretched. After this the neck is dealt with by an incision behind the ear, separating the skin from the neck and the lower portion of the face, removing the surplus for sealing and stretching the anterior muscles of the neck, to eliminate the double chin or loose skin in this area of the chin, leaving a small scar behind the chin that isn't noticeable afterwards.

For the patients presenting a round of fallen frontal apron, a large
lower incision is made skin and fat are removed between the umbilicus
and the pubic triangle. The remaining skins lift up to the ribs and stretched
downward. The muscle are identified, joined and sutured the muscle at
the waistline are sutured to accentuate the waist. This procedure leaves
a scar on the lower abdomen and the umbilicus is left to the adequate
place. When necessary in specific cases, aspiration of the surplus fat
surrounding the hip area waist and thighs is included in the price. In
this cases, if it is indicated, and the patients agrees and it is valuable.

A natural product called ARNICA is excellent to diminish swelling and bruising. You may buy it at your nearest Homeopathic Store. They should recommend an intake dosage for you. Please take it two weeks before surgery and one week after surgery.
